Jorge and freedman garage door are absolute life saviors I live in palm harbor Florida and we had a hurricane this past week I lost power for around 40 hrs and when it came back on my garage door would not work at all and I couldn’t access my vehicle, freaking out I called 5 different places and none were available to come help me soon until I talked to Jorge he told me he was finishing one and he won’t come to me right away I can’t thank him enough the whole process from when I called to when it was repaired was less then 2 hours and the customer service he showed was incredible I wish you could give more then 5 stars !!! ~ Cuban K

I couldn't have had a better experience with someone than I had with Jorge this morning. I called him on Thursday and told him I had a broken spring. He asked if Saturday would be too far out, but it was absolutely perfect for our schedule this week. He showed up before his quoted arrival time, was more personable and friendly than 90% of society, gave me a quick price and knocked out the work very quickly, and my garage door works 10x better than it did before the spring broke cause he balanced it too. He checked the rest of the door out for quality too, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Before he was finished I remembered that I had bought a seal about a year ago for the bottom. I asked if this was something he could do too and he checked the part to make sure it would fit first and then said he could and gave me a very reasonable install price. Final review... What an AMAZING person Jorge is! I picked up his business card at a local store and happened upon a garage door issue so I called him and explained what was happening. Jorge told me it was likely a simple fix of the sensors; he would come right over at no charge to see if he could correct the issue easily. And THAT he did! Not only does he fix garage door issues but he is a certified mechanic and addresses multiple maintenance issues! Jorge gave me an estimate of everything that I wanted done and completed the work over the next two days much to my satisfaction! He had put in a new garage motor last year and did a fantastic job and this time I needed my gutters cleaned out, my house power washed and my coils on my hair handler cleaned. My garage door wouldn’t open and Jorge came out the same day I called him, immediately diagnosed the issue, and got to work. He had the door fixed within the hour!
